A last minute booking for us with a well behaved dog. Absolutely outstanding beef Sunday lunch, plenty of fresh veg, gravy and a rather large Yorkshire pudding. Dessert was delicious, I had an apple crumble and custard which was just like my nonna used to make, blackcurrant cheesecake was equally a good. Lovely young serving staff, especially a young man who had his birthay last week. We would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone travelling to this area. Thank you for a lovely afternoon xx

We went as part of a large coach trip. The food came out hot and very tasty and they timed it so we all ate at the same time. The waiting staff were very friendly and attentive and it felt like a family atmosphere.

I have never seen so many doggy bags with the excess food being taken home for "later"I already want to book for next year.My wife and I have learnt, if we order something with chips we have one small bowl between us. And there are still some leftover.

Sunday Lunch here is great. Today was beef, lamb or turkey. Or all 3 (which I had to do). Lots of different veg, mash & swede mash, cauliflower cheese is nice. Service good and busy atmosphere. Thanks Kelly and the team. Highly recommended.
