A great little fish & chip shop. Staff could not have been friendlier, service was quick and efficient and the food was top quality. I have no idea whatsoever why this place has had some bad reviews!! In our experience it was hard to fault it. Fish was very good quality, chips were not at all greasy, and prices were very reasonable. As first time users living far away and with no vested interests we can’t recommend it highly enough!
Really good fish and chip shop. Only caution is that the portions are huge one cod would have done two of us and the “small” chips led to a curiosity as to what on earth the large chips looked like. Suffice to say excellent value for money, really tasty and four very satisfied customers - just a shame it’s only open 3 nights a week.

Fab little chippy. Chips the best we have ever had, non greasy and crispy. Fab gravy. They use pukka pies. Loads in the cardboad box provided so we could eat outside on the benches provided. The lady offered us water for the dogs too. So good, in fact, we visited twice in 4 days! Husband had plaice in breadcrumbs the first time, cod the second. Fab chippy! They also can provide Gluten Free too!
