Genuinely the worst dominos place I've ever seen - the food is often wrong/missing toppings, and arrives 20-40mins later than my boyfriends pizza's which he orders at the SAME time from the dominos in HIS town, theyre sparse on the cheese even on a cheese pizza, and they rarely answer the phone if you ring up. ive had many dominos around the UK and this one is always the worst. sucks it's my hometown one, i still order from time to time thinking 'ahh maybe its better now' but it never is. if you have other options, do those imo.

We went in with small children and service was really efficient. They came back a few times to check everything we okay. Really clean and lovely atmosphere and the food was excellent.Dietary restrictions: One of our group has gluten allergy but they took care of that without any issues.

Terrible wrong order and late and they don't care terribly disappointing and are never ordering unless it's necessary ?

Ordered pizza online, waited over an hour. Pizza turned up it was freezing cold. Tried phoning the store 18 times. We logged a complaint and was told it would take five days. We payed £35 and no Pizza. Shocking service and shocking customer service of after sales team

Can’t comment on the food because I never had it. Called the store 3 times to let them know my order was showing as delivered but never actually received it, and no one picked up.

Very long wait. 20 minutes after the board was saying the pizza was ready still no pizza. The man kept fumbling with a pile of pizzas in boxes. Moving and checking them. Clearly our order was lost and they had to do it again. The chicken we had was cold which I think was sat waiting for too long. The one pizza we had was not even the correct order

I ordered 2 pizzas last night. 1 with custom ingredients and no cheese as it's for someone with lactose issues. The completely wrong pizza was delivered and was un-edible for the person intended. I rang for a replacement but the store advised they wouldn't do it as would take to long and forced a refund which I didn't really want, as now my partner is left with no food. It's the worst customer service and takeaway experience I have ever had!

Won't be ordering anymore for awhile the standards have dropped which is a shame, last two orders have been over cooked nachos were burnt along with the cheese how do you manage that?, if you're paying a premium you would expect a quality pizza it's a shame because the delivery is prompt and the drivers are friendly.
Delivered another person's order, when I rang to notify them i was told that they will redo my order and get it out to me.Never showed up and I'm done chasing it, last time I order from domino's.
