Place was great and the arcade you had so much to do there could easily spend the day there, the bowling was fun. Just queues were to long to get to counter.

Went in for a coffee and game of pool while waiting for the car to charge. Was fun. Lots of machines to play on if you like that

We came after cinema, knowing how much it costs but they had a false fire alarm which shut off all the machines, we weren't the only ones that were affected by it, but this one particular pick up machine my 6 year old wanted to win a toy from so we tried, after multiple tries the arm finally grabbed and lifted the plush toy only to have all the alarms go off, the machines to shut down and we lost the prize, I explained to the manager who gave us a pound! And a quote that there's nothing we can do, company policy... pure greed.Honestly feel.like they just had no sense of customer support, I know its winning the toy what makes the games fun for kids but the least they could have done was opened it up and let her have one.Live and learn

The staff are shocking standing by the bar for 10 mins the only person I may add and Ignored. Locks on the toilets u need a code for . The list goes on ill never visit again shocking

We enjoyed a fun Sunday here with the children! We had an hour bowling (with hot dogs and chips delivered to the table) and an hour in soft play before having a play in the arcade. Toilet facilities in the soft play area need some attention as the sinks need attaching to the walls a bit better, but the toilets in the arcade are better (with a key code for customers only to use). The arcade has been extended slightly to make way for some extra games. We always have lots of fun here!

Had a great night. Only negative thing was needing to get a code from the disinterested staff behind the counter just to use the toilet.

This place can be kind of expensive but it's dead cheap between 8 and 10am so that's the time to bowl. Food seems a bit overpriced, but it's good, and the staff are very good. They're what earn the place that 5th star.Head over at 8am on a Saturday and the money you save on bowling will pay for food, and you'll have a great time. Nice and quiet then, too.

Myself and a young man with autism went to Superbowl, Merthyr and had a nice game of 10 pin bowling and a cola. The place was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The one drawback was the four toilet stalls had a code to open them and one disabled toilet I think had a radar key. The door vacant/in use signs were not very clear. We left without using them.

Was ok for a few hours out, good selection of gaming machines, also air hockey, pool and two areas inside..one for bowling and the other crazy golf, both these are " pay per use" ...The staff, well all bar one young girl was helpful, polite and couldn't do enough just the odd one that couldn't be bothered to be there ..

Date of visit 20/2/23The bowling was fine, I took my grandson and booked a lane which cost me £25, I think it was 11.99 for first game 12.99 for second game, I booked this on line. I arrived and it was quite quick and simple to book in, the computer was set for us and of we went, after playing the 2 games we decided to have a 3rd as it was all over too soon, so went to the desk and asked for another game which cost a lot more £16, I don't know how they can justify this higher fee, there were only 4 lane being used so it wasn't busy or premium time. On top of that me and my grandson played air hockey, and the puck we down the slot and wouldn't come back out despite us having at least a min left to play, so I let it go and put another pound in hoping it would release the puck, it didn't so I asked for assistance and a young girl came over and just gave us another puck, but by the time this happened the game time was almost over, she did nothing to give us a free game to make up for the game time lostI am not happy about my visit if I am honest, and I would think twice about going back there.

You need a fortune!!!!Very expensive place.£15 for just 2 kids to play bowling for 30 mins. Throw in drinks and money for the machines you will need to remortgage. Considering the current climate we are in its ridiculous.

We called in to book 2 lanes for the following day but was told it had to be done online. I think you should be able to book at the facility not just online. As far as the games we all enjoyed it but the option to book in the place should be there.
