Mold High St has a distinct bustle particularly on market days. Rubens Coffee is centrally placed for refuge and take time for coffee and a snack. On a dismal December late morning we stepped inside for a warming drink. My bacon sandwich was crammed with crispy thin sliced bacon and my wife’s toasted tea cake was served with a generous patter of butter. Lovely little coffee shop, staff always cheerful and welcoming, fairly busy every time I've been which I think is a good sign, plenty of choice of deserts and light bites on offer, this visit we opted for scones and the spiced pumpkin latte slice, all in the group happy with quality of the choices made.

Tables aren't cleaned very efficiently or effectively, tables were being cleared around us but not actually wiped and cleaned down, drinks were nice and hot but cleanliness was lacking considering the amount of staff working.
