Ordered through just eat. Was left waiting 2 hours for an update so phoned the store. The store had closed at 10pm even tho they were still taking orders on just eat and online says they’re open until 12am.. they lied on the phone claiming they’d tried phoning me via just eat but couldn’t get through.. every other restaurant I’ve ordered from have always managed to phone me just fine. Terrible service..

Went in and as I was being serviced by this lovely young lady, I heard a woman manager screeching at the top of her lungs towards the kitchen staff for accidently spilling something, I am absolutely outraged & disgusted by the scene that I had witnessed unfold.

Manager at Burger King neath you should be ashamed of yourself. I have never seen a woman of your age speak to a young girl (must have been about 16/17) so horrendously in my life. She made a small mistake AND was new yet that warranted being shouted at and threatened with her pay being docked INFRONT of a customer. People like you, who clearly get a kick out of scaring teenagers should never be in management positions.

Blue light discount advertised at burger king within my work. States blue light not accepted on motorway services, theme parks and airports. Turned up today they would not accept the blue light offer !!!

Awful worst Burger King, buns were over flowing, had to asked for the table to be cleaned, didn't get what was ordered and fries were cold.Manager was doing her best but unfortunately the rest of the staff were not doing what they were supposed to.

Ordered 3 meals, at Drive Through, waited 20 minutes, had order, drove home, where the order was found to have just 2 meals, not the three ordered and paid for. This is the second time this has happened. It used to be a great place, what's happened?
