Ordered 3 meals, at Drive Through, waited 20 minutes, had order, drove home, where the order was found to have just 2 meals, not the three ordered and paid for. This is the second time this has happened. It used to be a great place, what's happened?
We turned up when it was really busy, so there was a wait for the order, however when the food arrived it was piping hot and it was correct. The Manager was training a few new staff I think and apologised for the wait. It never helps when there is a drive in and Just eat orders at the same time though. Food was just like any other Burger King.Toilets were clean but you needed a code from the staff to get in. Not sure why this is the case. I didn’t realise and thought I was losing...read full review
