I recently visited the Subway at 36 Cardiff Road and had a fantastic experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by employees Rafi and Hammad brothers . Their friendly demeanor and excellent customer service added a positive touch to my visit. absolutely fantastic service from the 2 young lads working this evening not only to myself but the customers in front of me. they were so attentive and very welcoming! and funny as well the one lad scared the life out of me totally my fault as I was in my own little world. thank you for making me smile!

Regularly get food from here as I work in RGH, but my last visit I wasn’t very happy with. Food was great, just didn’t like the attitude the staff was giving another customer. They’re usually really friendly in there...perhaps he was having a bad day. But the customer didn’t deserve that - she was lovely ?
