“Staying in our camper van. Booked Sunday lunch, OMG it was so tasty. All food piping hot. We chose the lamb & the pork. Both cooked to perfection. What a little gem this place is. You can get EHU if needed. Would recommend.”

“Awesome as usual at The Queen's Head. Great food and better beer. Amazing atmosphere, great locals, and always a pleasure to chat and laugh with Nicky & Pete. Looking forward to visiting again over the festive season for jollies.”

“Popped in on the off chance and were welcomed. The staff were lovely and warm making conversation and having a laugh. The opening hours are sporadic and generally Thursdays to Sundays due to footfall. Would go back no problem ?”

“Great traditional pub in the heart of Mold. Staff are very welcoming and the service is really good. They have a great quiz every Monday, which gets very busy. The prices are very reasonable.”

“Love the Top Monkey, nice friendly atmosphere, landlord & landlady really friendly. It’s always kept spotless, three screens with the latest sport showing, a dartboard with modern lighting ring, a substantial outdoor area .There’s usually some form of charity fund raising happening for a local cause. A regular quiz night, live music occasionally and visits from a mobile fish & chip van on some Fridays.”
