Not taking cash at the moment.I don't carry card ever, I don't sign up for apps, I had to get someone else to order then pay them cash as my kid wanted a pizza.I won't be coming again, refuse to fund anywhere that wont take cash.

We used to use this place once a week for the kids,but after it slowly starting to get worse and worse we decided to give it a break for 6 months or so. Low and behold as they say a leopard never charges it’s spots…and this is the case here. The title of my review says it all….firstly on the checker part of the app the pizzas were sat waiting for an age,then when they were sent the driver decided to do a detour around Penarth stopping at his previous stop for 10 mins!!! before getting to us twenty mins late. The pizzas were crushed,cold and insipid and not worth the now expensive price they are charging…..and they have the cheek to charge for delivery of this utter slop. If I was the ASM I would be all over this branch as they have serious issues,and for previous loyal customers to be experiencing the same issues every time they order is really the worst! Awful! Steer Clear!

Management was rude to me on the phone yesterday and wasn't happy at the fact I complained about the food being horrible stay away from this place as they don't seem to care about customers and there issues as they think it's all your fault and say we don't have your order on our system and we need your phone number to trace your order even though you lagit just need a order number (excuse). even though I have proof of the receipt and email they sent me. ??? Stay well clear of this place as they have absolutely no customer service skills and didn't even apologise to me on the phone so they will not be having my custom again annnoyed is a understatement.

I know the website does the whole “quality control” animation when you’re waiting for your pizza, but they might as well scrap it because there isn’t one, considering a lot of these products are pre made and only involve being heated up I’m surprised it can be so wrong, ps double decadence used to be good, now the quality is so bad I wouldn’t bother.
The pizza was good but i specifically asked them to cut it into eight pieces and they did not do it. The manager seemed friendly though and to be fair our order was ready very quickly.

Shocking experience, pizza not delivered...manager at the site telling us we can have our cold pizza or a refund... Hungry kids get no dinner.....we are a regular customer... Never again, steer clear...

on Monday I ordered a double decadence that came with no cheese sauce inside, usually its hit or miss whether you get one that's absolutely caked, or very little inside, but its always there. on this occasion it was completely dry. I rang Penarth dominos to explain that it was a double decadence without the main ingredient. The staff and manager were very polite and offered me a free replacement at any time I choose. I expected to have to collect but they brought it straight to my door piping hot. excellent service and very professional. 5 stars.
