Let’s start by explaining that I do know a lot about Kerala cuisine as I have spent many many years travelling to this beautiful area of southern India. Kerala is known as the land of coconuts and this shows in their style of cooking. Delicious food and fabulous warm, friendly and helpful service from the young waitress. Our meal was served promptly and we were in the restaurant for approximately an hour. Prices are not cheap, but we were happy to pay for quality. We were disappointed to note a 10% service charge added to the bill. We would have preferred to tip our waitress directly and choose the amount. This aside, the experience was a positive one.
