After discovering it was a dog friendly establishment AND their pizza was to die for, we had to visit.On arrival we were told the pizza oven was not on and pizza was off the menu. We were heart broken (my wife and I, not me and my dog) but they did have specials.To make a long story longer, the food, service, ambience were awesome. They even done doggy sausages for my hound (they're normal sausages cut up for easy consumption, he won't eat them if I told him).I cannot recommend...read full review

We were warmly welcomed with a log fire and food. There is a beer garden for better weather. Local beers. Very helpful service. We weren't there at the right time for a woodfired pizza. For a small fee (and if you eat there) you can stay in the carpark overnight.

We popped in on Saturday for a quick celebratory pint after doing Snowdon and they were so friendly. I assume it was the owner made sure we were warm enough and even brought over some pizza FOC for us which was very welcome! We were gutted we couldn't stay longer but we needed to drive.
