9 Chester Rd, Penyffordd, ChesterStopped for a take out breakfast sarnie. Husband had just a hash brown and bacon sandwich. I had a sausage, egg and bacon sandwich.
I always find you can tell how good a breakfast sandwich place is by the sausage. I can confirm these are decent sausages and the bacon was also good, not too thick or overly smoked tasting.
The bread was white, so I had to leave it, but they have other options including GF (hubby ordered). Also they put spread on, which I'd rather not have. Again my fault for not doing the prdering and asking them to omit the spread, along with change of bread.
The cakes were homemade and looked absolutely amazing! I didnt get to have a bit, but they looked moist and very tasty! I would 100% try one another time.
Price is not the cheap end but nor is it over priced. You are getting the right quality for the price.
I am very fussy about food FYI, you wont catch me at a hungry horse etc! Just for reference.
Good service, great atmosphere and good food. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

The Millstone
Hawarden Rd, Penyffordd, ChesterI had my baby shower at the Millstone yesterday, and I can’t thank them enough for everything. Everyone complimented how amazing the food was, and such quick service. Anne Marie was so accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend the gorgeous space they have for events as it was the perfect area for a baby shower, a gorgeous but private room. Thank you
