Indian saffron restaurant

First time eating here and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is so clean and the food was delicious. The service from all staff was impeccable. I have recently given up caffeine and they very kindly made me a cup of tea with my own teabag!!! Couldn't ask for better customer service. Thanks so much for a fantastic evening.

Refurbs Buckley

Good place for a coffee and a cake or scone. Ask for a card and get a free coffee after every 8th stamp. I enjoy the Capachino here.Nice friendly atmosphere.I am giving 5 stars for the cakes and scones. The only savoury food I have had here was scrambled egg on toast which I enjoyed.

East Meets West

As we have only been a few times we are confident to say that the food is delicious. We used to have to travel out to the Indian Lounge to get that quality of food, so we're excited when they opened up in Buckley. Will visit when we can, as a lovely meal every time. Keep up the good work everyone your efforts are appreciated.

Caffi Isa

The only reason I knocked a star off is that it's not dog friendly. This might be a plus for some.Used this place quite a bit before we had a dog.Lovely place for a coffee and a cake. Nice to be able to peruse the book's whilst here.

Legends Cafe & Catering

I have been to a lot of cafes in my lifetime and this is certainly one of the best. The food is the best I have tasted. And the staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended.

Carmelo's Cafe

I've been working in Buckley for the last couple of months and fancied a cooked lunch for a change. I ordered an all day breakfast at Carmelo's. Best breakfast I've had in a long time...... And the bacon? Proper old style bacon, thick with a crispy rind, delicious. Friendly, smiling staff and customers and a nice atmosphere.

Crumbs Sandwich Bar

Nice food and 2 very nice people! Had a tuna melt panini w/ salad. The panini was hot and well packed, very tasty. The side salad was very good, lots of choice and fresh.Would go again!

Zozan Kebab House

As soon as we walked in the staff were friendly and polite. They were great at responding to recommendations and was more than accommodating during sitting in. Checked everything was good and if we needed anything. Portions are huge and they are very generous with sauces and portion sizes. They even chucked in a few freebies for us too. I highly recommend the kofta with sweet chilli and garlic sauce MY GOSH ??? five stars from me all around :)

Buckley Tandoori

Trust me! We have tried every single indian takeaway for miles and miles around regardless of looks, reviews or stars. None of them come close to Buckley Tandoori. Every place has an off day, that's why we try them a couple times but never had a bad meal from these guys and my son eats more curry than Lister from Red Dwarf! Unlike most places, when you order a Madras, you get a Madras, not some watered down variant that all taste the same! The best curry place in North Wales bar none.

Hope & Anchor Buckley

lovely pub with a beautiful view of the lake from the beer garden. Very cosy and quaint interior with lots of seating. Great staff and good clean beer. The breakfasts are lovely, they also do a breakfast challenge plate which most can't do as its huge! Don't take my word for it, next time your in the vicinity check it out for yourself.

Gerrards (North Wales) Ltd

Gerrards cafe re - opened this week. Seating is limited to accommodate social distancing, menu as normal, plenty of hand sanitizing available, track and trace in operation.....also, half price on sit down meals until the end of the month.

Susan's Coffee Shop

Nice food, pleasant staff. Can be very busy around noon. Choice of tables indoors, in the greenhouse, or outside ( with sunshade or without). Dogs allowed in greenhouse or outside. Disabled toilets. Update October 2023 - what used to be outside is now enclosed (like a greenhouse) so very pleasant (and dry!). There are additional tables beyond the enclosed area, now, too which are in the open.

Kam Xin Fish & Chips

Food was excellent. It was Saturday night so they were incredibly busy and we had a long wait. I'm sure that they will get quicker as time goes on..... they have only been open a week. Very food though...

China Red

Switched to China Red a few months ago, and so far about five out of five takeaway meals have been great….fast, friendly service, reasonable price, and hot, tasty food.

Just treated myself to a Singapore chow mein. Absolutely gorgeous. Good portion, load's of meat, VERY tastey, can't fault. Price is great compared to some other places, only downside they don't take cards.

Thaidee Buckley

Aroy mak mak...amazing ? my chicken red curry was to die for. Tender chicken, coconut soup and bamboo shoots just like Thailand. Jasmine rice straight from Thailand. Having spent more time in Thailand than Buckley. I have tried a lot of Thai food and Thaidee is an amazing takeaway. Buckley is very lucky to have it ?

New Year’s Eve and we knew it was going to be busy and so we pre ordered earlier in the day. The meal arrived at our door just minutes after our requested time and it did not disappoint.Everything was piping hot and was really full of flavour.The chicken in the curry was really tender.Will definitely use again

Star Kebab Fish & Chips

Literally the nicest pizza so much that we have had it 3 times now and don't think I will be ordering pizza from anywhere else !! Beautifully cooked chips too, not greasy and delivert was quick too, well done

I travel 9 miles to buy my fish and chips free . And no , they are not cold when I get home . Superb fresh fish. Cooked to order . Lovely chunky chips . Also a host of other menu choices . Top man too. Great service

Subway

Love the subway here, its not the quickest however the regulations they jave put in due to covid made me feel relaxed and willing to wait. Nice fresh salad, good meat, good service overall.

Mei Mei Chinese Cuisine Takeaway美食轩

We ordered the banquet B, this is great value for money. The spring rolls were hot and crispy and the duck was excellent, plenty of meat. The pancakes were a little thin and flimsy though.Sweet and sour chicken was my favourite part.Ordering was simple, messaged on Facebook and received a quick confirmation.We opted to collect and unfortunately our extra dish was missing from the order.
