Awesome service as usual from Cameron the manager "camcorder" knows exactly what you want without looking its like hes recorded it, and also a mention for macy "macy grey" like the tune I said goodbye and I choked coz of the awesome service, very friendly with a big smile, they always handle the pressure even when cardiff are playing when they come in for a bite well done cardiff West burger king ?Parking: Always loads of parking spaces great place for a trucker to stop great service been coming for years go cardiff west.?

Parked up for the night on a Sunday 16:30, opening hours on website say it's open till 23:00 went back at half 5 to get something to eat with my parking voucher to find they've closed 6 hours early, they need to update their opening hours if this is the case

Maxwell and Jack were on shift tonight and had all but closed for the evening, but they still made our full order fresh for us when they saw the text message. They did it with a smile and were very friendly, and all the food was piping hot and delicious as it was so fresh. They didn’t need to dirty the equipment to make us fresh food but they still did, which was appreciated. Great members of staff and great food.

Stayed in the services hotel, worked 15 hours knowing burger king would be open to get food but surprised when they closed 2 hours early leaving 3 of us with no option for food as no other company delivers to Cardiff west services. Very disappointed and will not return here.
