Recently frequented this particular coffee shop when meeting up with family in the area..A very nice open plan type space with a variety of seating..As in a few sofa's and chairs..It's a nice place to sit and relax with a variety of beverages available to purchase.Staff were very polite and very welcoming..And to be fair, I had a hot chocolate that was actually HOT...My wife enjoyed a milkshake and when family member arrived, he enjoyed a latte..If you're in the area and fancy a quiet space to enjoy a cuppa, then we'd definitely stop in here again for sure..The premises has a large toilet area that is wheelchair accessible so that makes this coffee shop accessible to everyone..

A near perfect 5 star rating for me, I can't rate it 5 star due to me not sitting in to drink coffee yet. However the service is always top notch whenever I go there, lovely staff, fairly quick service. Tasty products. And while the prices are a tad bit much, this is a problem with everywhere in 2023 so this isn't a Bradley's specific problem. Overall, a lovely addition to the Pontypridd area and worth going to if you are in the area looking for more unique coffee based beverages.

The coffee is great and it's good to have a non-chain option, but the takeaway service is slow - if I'm drinking in it's ok to wait as I'm not likely to be in a rush, but if I'm grabbing takeaway, waiting unduly long for the coffee to arrive isn't the vibe I'm after.

Waited a very long time for panini and manageress was very rude. A very nice waitress seemed very unhappy about the situation she was put in by the management.

Great little coffee shop with a wide selection of coffees and tea. Food is limited but what is on offer is nice, a clean establishment with friendly staff. There is a small outside terrace, worth a visit.

The toilet was really clean , the cookies and cream cake is absolutely LUSH the presentation is amazing, the latte is as foamy as I like and they gave me the option for anything to be in it and helped me with reading the options and being patient with me while I was deciding what to pickKid-friendliness: They where very helpful and polite to us and if we need anything to come upWheelchair accessibility: It’s very accessible I use crutches now and again and this was so helpful and welcoming there was no judgment given and if made me feel comfortable here and there was enough room to move with all my bags without tripping ??
Excellent coffee. Price is high but actually the quality is good. Especially like the customizable options available. My go to is pumpkin spice latte. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor is very comfortable. Service is fast and friendly. Wifi is truly awful. The worst I've experienced and I've been all over the world. It's unusable. I'd probably say it's the top coffeehouse in town

Came here with a pram and eventually got their attention as the step was too high to enter. They have an outside seating area with good views of the town and chapels. The coffee was good and strong and the bara brith was succulent and full of flavour. The prices were fine and the atmosphere relaxed.

Was walking past and saw the delicious selection of iced drinks. Bought a guava and lime lemonade and cheese and tomato toastie warmed up and sat outside. And the toastie arrived with those nice posh vegetable crisps. I'll be back to try the other iced teas and lemonades. Decent prices.
