Recently frequented this particular coffee shop when meeting up with family in the area..A very nice open plan type space with a variety of seating..As in a few sofa's and chairs..It's a nice place to sit and relax with a variety of beverages available to purchase.Staff were very polite and very welcoming..And to be fair, I had a hot chocolate that was actually HOT...My wife enjoyed a milkshake and when family member arrived, he enjoyed a latte..If you're in the area and fancy...read full review
A near perfect 5 star rating for me, I can't rate it 5 star due to me not sitting in to drink coffee yet. However the service is always top notch whenever I go there, lovely staff, fairly quick service. Tasty products. And while the prices are a tad bit much, this is a problem with everywhere in 2023 so this isn't a Bradley's specific problem. Overall, a lovely addition to the Pontypridd area and worth going to if you are in the area looking for more unique coffee based beverages.
The coffee is great and it's good to have a non-chain option, but the takeaway service is slow - if I'm drinking in it's ok to wait as I'm not likely to be in a rush, but if I'm grabbing takeaway, waiting unduly long for the coffee to arrive isn't the vibe I'm after.
