Since the cafe in Upper boat has been changed its not so good. Hardly any staff. Not their fault at all. It's all ordered on a screen. We were given our hot drinks first, we waited ages for our food so drinks were cold. They did give us fresh when we mentioned it. Also aircon was on so very cold. We have gone there a lot but doubt we will again. I must stress Staff were great and running round trying to serve. Doing their best. Need more staff

Lowest quality food sold at premium prices. Coffee was quite possibly the worst coffee I ever had the misfortune of trying, I couldn't take a second sip. Been 3 times and staff pretty much hit and miss, some (2) amazing, rest made it obvious they really didn't want to be

Terrible. White toast,plain bread untoasted once, when I complained waitress got hostile, I had to tell her to cut her attitude, I complained to store manager,heard nothing. Weeks later, while sitting in cafe, same waitress slammed her cleaning trolley into the back of my seat with some force and said, "sorry, this trolley has a mind of its own". Maybe I'm too cynical ,but this did'nt feel like an accident to me.

The person on the till got a terrible attitude, acting like she can't hear what we are saying. If your actually deaf get a hearing aid. Gave us attitude because we didn't want tuna with our food and this was before we actually ordered. Maybe she has something against gay people? We Sat at a table and it smelled like a toilet so we moved. Also what kinda cafe has a big menu but only serves like 5 things off it. What is that all about? Why say you serve food all day when you don't? 30 quid for 2 kids meals and 4 drinks is insane when the quality is so bad. Tescos finest? More like bad attitude. Slamming things around while making our drinks too. This place used to be so much better but Jesus it's gone to the dumps. Also who puts fudge in a toffee drink?Why is there fudge on my sticky toffee frappe Tesco? It's a toffee frappe not a fudge frappe. If I wanted a fudge frappe I would have payed for 1. But I didn't order a fudge frappe did I? No I didn't. I hate fudge.

The girl at the front with blonde hair taking orders really miserable didn't smile at all she really looked like she didn't want to be there which made customers feel miserable front staff she have a meet and greet attitude not a sour face

Long wait to be served and for food to arrive despite not being that full. When food arrived was cold and disappointing as nothing like as advertised. Would have been better off buying a sandwich from in store instead. Tables were dirty as was the floor. Tables left uncleared
