Long wait to be served and for food to arrive despite not being that full. When food arrived was cold and disappointing as nothing like as advertised. Would have been better off buying a sandwich from in store instead. Tables were dirty as was the floor. Tables left uncleared
Lovely food , always clean and spacious.Lady preparing and serving food and meals was so lovely , fantastic customer service , polite and smiling.But the lady on the till and making hot drinks has room for improvement, she was miserable looking , spoke rudely to members of her team, speaking down to them, communication skills poor and didn't speak to customers exactly nice either, she either needs to improve or find another job , anyone would think she was chewing a wasp. The girl at the front with blonde hair taking orders really miserable didn't smile at all she really looked like she didn't want to be there which made customers feel miserable front staff she have a meet and greet attitude not a sour face
