Great Customer Services especially by Annette, made us feel welcome and very helpful with sorting things out for our two babies.Great Food. Only downfall is the private parking. You must input your number plate on entrance or you get a £85 fine.

Just called in by chance, went straight in and ordered. Within a few minutes we were sat down eating our carvery, I had the full works and the wife had a child portion and she could not finish hers. Enjoyed the meal and yes we would go back.

When here today for food Sunday 29.05.2022 loved the food.But the service was absolutely bad the lady cutting the meat was so slow.The que was right back to the toilets took 1 hour to get your food then when you got there they where doing takeaway dinners.Kids had chips with they meal but the chips where one hour early so by the time kids had they meal chips was cold asked for fresh one never came .Don't think I will be returning.Lots of people where not happy about the wait was told speak with the manager but not to be seen.

Absolutely disgusting food & professionalism. There was barely no choice for the carvery. Had to wait half an hour for beef which is fine but was only few choices available and wasn't very good. Chips were rock hard and was just bland.The owner or person who runs the place (woman) made quite clear that she had already had a row today for drinking too much wine.Overall won't be visiting again

Absolutely disgusting experience. Asked if had any dietary requirements explained I did yes an would need ordering a small plate carvery.Upon going to collect the carvery the manger at the top of her lungs was telling people I wasn’t not allowed that small plate embarrassing among a restaurant full of people. Along side the chef who wouldn’t allow my child the veg that was INCLUDED in her meal.Whilst the chef was asking people for 5 star reviews in exchange for free ice creams.I think some customer service needed.

Great carvery and we'll laid out in an efficient manner for a small space. They do defense and blue light discount which is a bonus. Always busy which is a good sign too.

It's a carvery and cheap enough so I didn't expect anything special. However, although I had booked I must have been given the worst table in the house. I was soon approached by a waitress who asked me 'Was I ready to order' No menu was offered although the place does much more than just being a carvery. I ordered soft drinks that were brought to the table in bottles but with no glasses. Worst of all, although I am sharing utensils at the carvery counter with other customers, both the hand sanitizer points were empty. I brought this to the attention of staff members, including I think the duty manager, who acknowledged my comment and did nothing at all to rectify it. Although reasonably priced I would expect better. If they can't be bothered to fill sanitizers what other basic hygiene rules do they not care about?
