If I could give minus stars for the staff I would. Staff hanging around after shift change laughing and crowding front desk, staff joking around with sides to go into my meal and very slow service. When given my meal I challenged the staff member whether I recieved the correct sides and was assured I was. If I could give the place minus stars I would! Ordered a dipping boneless bucket 12pc, to start the dips were missing when asked for 2 had attitude, then missing chicken popcorn which I also had attitude for when pointing this out. To then realise my BONELESS 12pc had 6 chicken drumsticks (with bone) and 5 without! Chicken was not cooked properly and was told it’s the dark part of a chicken and no apology for wrong box was told must have mixed them up no offer of swapping it....read full review
Hadn't been to KFC for a while, we had the zinger box meals. Although the food was nice and the restaurant clean, the portion of chips was small and so was the size of the chicken burger. Total cost £15 not value for money.
