Despite severe delivery shortages and in the face of some unbelievably rude customers, the team were cheery and helpful, dealing with a situation beyond their control and unreasonable demands with a professional smile. Good work! Clean, tidy and family friendly.
Arrived for table on time, no on present to seat people in queue (1st man in queue was a elderly gentleman). I went to ask if anyone was free and was told someone would be along shortly. The blonde lady who seats customers arrived and took us to our table, the table was cramped next to another large table with approx 12 people on, we had 2 tables pushed together (6 of us) and they were different heights, there was chairs missing and the ones there were ripped.
