Bar • “I love this place. From the moment you walk through the doors you enter into a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had a lovely cozy place to sit near the huge fire place, surrounded by the old style exposed beams covered with fairy lights, very magical. We were looked after by super friendly staff and the meal was absolutely amazing with plenty of veggie options. I went for the peanut and mushroom roast which was divine. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful 500 year old Inn.”

Bar • “During our recent stay our car got stuck on a mountain pass in the ice and we were unable to get home. Even though the hotel was closed we were looked after for an hour extra night and even invited to the staff Christmas party. The General Manager gave us a lift back to our stranded vehicle the next day once the ice had thawed enough. Great location! Great venue! Great leadership and wonderful staff! Thank you for going above and beyond and making us feel so welcome! We can’t wait to visit again! Kelly & Al”
“The wife meets up with her sisters every week here. They have a great to.e and say the food and service are good. I have had a few meals here and yes they are not bad. Good value and the service is good.”
