This old quaint pub is the perfect place for a delicious meal, especially next to the log burner on a winters day, so cosy! Would 100% recommend it. Thank you!

Lake Country House Hotel & Spa
Llangammarch Wells, Builth, PowysThis is just such a nice place to stay in a fab part of the country, they also put up with land rovers and mud (don’t worry they have a car park out the back where we hide them) and 4 off us in the group and it’s in a great location for a base for green laneing. The food is excellent and the service great, rooms are spacious and well presented. One day I will visit and just laze around in the lounge drinking tea ..... If your thinking of booking … then just book ….

Radian Garage, Cardiff Rd, Dinas PowysVery cute little cafe was very busy when we went in so service was a bit slower than expected but you could tell the serving staff were trying their best. The eggs benidict was delicious.Will definently be coming

Ynyshir Restaurant and Rooms, Eglwys Fach, MachynllethFantastic experience from start to finish great welcome , we were looked after very well .A very knowledgeable young staff right up to Gareth a culinary genius, food was mind blowing with incredible flavours great music throughout the night we had pass bench seats watching everything in awe , beautiful garden room would highly recommend this fabulous restaurant and we will be returning.

New Row, Howey, Llandrindod WellsVisited this restaurant on Saturday and had a great meal, nicely cooked, prepared and all served in a timely fashion. The bill was very reasonable and the staff were friendly and efficient. Having traveled to SE Asia earlier this year I can say that the food was very authentic. Definitely somewhere to try and enjoy!!

Lake Vyrnwy Hotel and Spa
Llanwddyn, MontgomeryshireWe stayed for two nights on a Winter Warmer package, in a garden room and used the Spa whilst there. We had a fantastic time.Location was beautiful and there were stunning views over the lake, with lots of birds to watch from the restaurant.The hotel itself was well equipped, it had a lot of charm. It had a traditional feel and we felt relaxed and welcome there. Staff were friendly. It was very warm in the building, so cosy but to be honest not my preference, and we cooled our room right down. Spa facilities were good for the price and treatments were outstanding.We enjoyed the food, it was incredibly tasty, but found the vegetarian options limited.Overall, we’d recommend a visit as somewhere to switch off, unwind and go slowly.Rooms: Spacious, quiet and loved the bedding. Mattress was a little soft but we slept well. Bathroom had a great shower and bath. It was a very warm hotel so we needed to open the windows. Decor was traditional and cosy. Lots of personality and charm.

19 Station Rd, Dinas PowysGreat business and the food is excellent freshly prepared excellent fresh ingredients, the serving staff are young and extremely courteous and efficient and well trained by the owner - a credit to the them and the areaVegetarian options: So it’s a kebab shop but I have choice in the pizzas and halloumi kebabs or felafels which are packed , the salad is excellent and the food is fresh it’s the only shop of its kind as a vegetarian I would recommend a real treat on a weekend family take away - the food is prepped with consideration too always a key factor in a mixed environment -Parking: It’s a village and narrow streets walking up recommended if you are local
