Spent New year here for the second time one cannot fault the service the staff the food ( but must say the breakfast was just OK eg some things were bearly warm ) but the rooms are in need of some upgrades windows are old need replacing carpets with stains need cleaning or replacing ... for the money ( not cheap over £1500 for 3 nights ) you would expect it to be a little more lavish .. and the TVs are to small for the rooms ..Rooms: Rooms are in desperate need of updatingplus...read full review

3rd visit - a brilliant place to relax. We always choose the 4 poster bed with balcony and view of the lake view (ask for rooms 50 to 54, possibly other rooms too).Rooms: Lovely room and balcony and nice bar and lounge areas.
