I DID come in for coffee and it isn't cheap so I'd like it made properly.Yes, I'd like ALL the previous grinds out.yes, I'd like you NOT to miss the first 10% of the shot because you misplaced the espresso mug AGAIN.No, a flat white isn't just a small latte.Yes, the temperature does matter more than your colleague's night out.I know I'm sounding slightly unreasonable but it is a COFFEE shop - please can someone teach them to make coffee.

Sadly, I think that the staff whilst friendly and helpful, are in need of some barista training. Their flat white was the worst I have ever tasted. Also the cake selection was wide open to contamination, being at the front of the counter where people were queueing in line. Needless to say, I did not partake.

First time visiting this site looking at the reviews I'm a bit confused the place was clean staff friendly and helpful tables all clear and wiped down as for the toilets one of the best Costa Toilets I've seen well worth a visit well done. ??

The coffee we had was good but the service wasn't the best. The toilets had a faulty hand dryer and no other way of drying hands.
