Honestly, save your money. This is truly the worst dining experience ever. Filthy tables and floor. Staff who couldn’t care less about anything to do with customer service. The food was dire. Unappetising burger meal with minimal chicken and fries. No drinks served with it. It took an age to get someone to make eye contact at the counter to ask for the drinks which were eventually given with bad grace. Truly, truly awful place to eat. Some of the reviews I’ve read on here are too polite… it’s not the worst KFC in the UK, it’s possibly the worst in the world!

Staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing, or care. Items missing off the order. Over charged £5. Staff behaved in unhygienic manner. Food was cold.

the worst place I’ve ever visited for food, staff were so rude and unwelcoming, disgusting hygiene as seen in the photos, and under staffed as tables weren’t cleaned and orders were slow coming out.

Last night was the second time we have visited this KFC in the last couple of months. The 1st time, the food was nothing special but it was as least edible. The food last night however. Nasty. The chicken had a funny taste, the coating very soggy with grease and it was cold. We ended up cutting the chicken up for the dogs and even then was a little wary of feeding it to them. As were the fries, cold and full of eyes. It seems like Rhyl KFC has gone downhill like many other branches over the past 10-15 years. I certainly wouldn’t recommend people waste their money here. Oh and they charge what they want for the gravy. A regular at £1.29 was billed at £1.49. Did not notice until I returned home. Wonder how many times this happens?

Went in here tonight 03/06/21 we waiting 40 minutes to be served and there was 3 people in front of us not sure what the wait was so long? The young girl on the till seemed really stressed and to the point where she had given up she was cursing a lot. The two guys in the back one called Paul I think was throwing us dirty looks the cook looked like he wanted to fight rather than work and actually get the food moving. All in all terrible visit I would avoid at all cost to avoid disappointment this place used to be good what a let down.

I visited the Rhyl Location about 4 time since COVID lock down was lifted , twice the chicken smelt burnt and tasted terrible due to the strong smell of the burn, I had stopped buying there in early 2020 because the chicken was really dark and did not look right but I am disappointed tonight as my chicken looks burnt and smells burnt and I feel if someone can take their hard earned money to buy your food it should be done to the best for the customers, we follow the regulations , we wait for our food to enjoy it not put the bucket in the bin sorry this one was terrible.

We are shielding so always have deliveries. This is now the 4th time we have ordered "dipping" meals and not had any dips in the bag. Checking needs to be better
Just been for meal for 2 adults and 2 grandchildren. The 8 pieces of chicken were extremely overcooked and dry - awful. Paid for sweetcorn but not received so not happy Wont be going there again and wont be recommending it either!!

Member of staff assembling the orders and serving customers was wearing his mask below his nose and only just covering his mouth. When I commented he said he can’t wear it over his nose. I suggested he should wear a full face visor like his colleague he just shrugged. Disgusting that a food handling, customer facing member of staff is wearing no protection. Why aren’t management enforcing health and safety rules?

The KFC in Rhyl is clean and tidy. Some rubbish under and on the table left by previous dinners was quickly removed by enthusiastic staff. The food for all the family was of a good standard.

Manager PAUL on his mobile while cooking food in back then touching his face SCARY !! Won’t go again !! Not the first time we seen him on his phone in the cooking area!!

Went for an early lunch and they struggled to understand my simple order. Ordered a mini chicken fillet on a roll for my wife, which seem to confuse the young man serving Eventually ordered it, but only received 1 mini fillet but no roll etc. I ordered a bacon and cheese chicken burger, with 2 spicy wings which again the young man struggled with this. For some bizarre reason he was about to shout through to the kitchen a vegan burger. I interrupted him and said I didn't even ask for that. Again I managed to get through to him..When the meals arrived (about 5ish minutes) They were like warm and the chicken was dry. Not impressed and the staff leave a lot to be desired. Note to KFC revert back to the previous fries as these chunky ones are atrocious. Would not go back.
