Young blonde lady behind the bar had a face liked i just spat in it. Rolling her eyes whenever we would order drinks. Not sure what her issue is. She would walk away and play on her phone rather than serve customers waiting to be served. Overall, service was terrible by this one individual. Everyone else was really nice and served without issue.Wasnt just me that she had the problem with, was also a few others in the pub too.

Visiting the area. Food was lovely, very good sized portions - all home cooked and reasonably priced. Felt very welcomed by the friendly staff, would definitely recommend and visit again if was to return.

My husband I were staying at a B&B close by and decided to eat here on our last evening, and we were so glad we did. It is lovely and modern and fresh inside with loads of lovely quotes throughout, which made us smile when we read them. We were the first in the restaurant until a family of three arrived so it was very quiet and very quick service. There was plenty of choice on the menu, I opted for curry and my hubby the peppered steak and both were lovely. We couldn’t resist the lemon and raspberry cheesecake so ordered one to share and it was delicious. The young lady behind the bar was very friendly. I would recommend this pub firstly for the wide selection on their menu and secondly the friendly service.

Got the cod and chips and was delicious, portion sizes were far from small, definitely worth the price. They have a pool table for some entertainment and the wait time for food wasn't long at all. Would definitely recommend this place, wish we had it back home because I would love to come again.Wheelchair accessibility: Theres a few ramps scattered about for wheelchairs and mobility scooters and car park is right next to the pub
