Usk & Railway Inn, Sennybridge, BreconWe had a lovely time at the Usk & Railway. We could only stay one night so we'd love to go back for a longer time. Breakfast was great, and ours hosts were very friendly and attentive.

Pentre-bach, BreconLovely location, we came over the New Year staying in the cottage next door. A community owned pub in a small village. The couple running the place were very friendly and accommodating, good selection of beers and good pub food at reasonable prices. A bit out of the way but worth a detour.

High St, Sennybridge, BreconWonderful local pub with very nice ownership and staff. Unpretentious and welcoming to all, even well behaved dogs. The food was very good and a good selection of ales, lagers, and ciders. Dedicated darts area and a pool table. Had a wonderful night here in Oct of 2023. The pub dog Nico is a handsome sweet beast. The crowd at the bar sang us out as we left. Can’t get better than that.Vegetarian options: Cheesy veggie bake and others

Sennybridge, BreconBrilliant service, Carvery lunch for Xmas family get together 17 of us in all. Lovely atmosphere. Food was lovely & dessert was loved too, very reasonably priced will go again for sure

The Old Stables Fried Fish
the old stables, Sennybridge, BreconLarge donner meat and *proper* chips for £11. Chips are great. Donner meat is better than most and generous portions thickly cut. Honestly 1 box is more than enough for 2 hungry adults but we tend to get a box each anyway as the leftovers refried in the morning make for an epic breakfast.
