This location is Awful. We had a small issue (w/cold pizza, which was late, not completely out of the norm though), and it all went horribly wrong. When I called the manager he was very very rude, to the point where it was quite unbelievable what he was saying to me. Apparently as I had refused to take the cold pizza from the driver, I had refused delivery, and was not entitled to a refund. I usually drive to a different Dominoes for this reason

Customer service is great sometimes there can be issues with orders as they are very busy but if you contact them the team is great and will sort out any issues. Luke especially makes sure to sort out any problems with orders. I always order here and can vouch is a great store.

Shocking. I ordered a American hot pizza with over £6 over extras and half of it was missing. I've called them all night to give it back and get what I paid for but no answer so now I have to eat this end it looks like road kill. Never again ?

Pizza was terrible, first pizza came a cheese pizza missi g half the cheese,I rang then up they sent a new one even worse than the last. December 23 worst pizzas iv ever had from there and from anywhere to tell you the truth. What a waste of money.

People should receive good pizzas at all times with plenty of domino tomato base sauce and plenty toppings of their favourite veg/meats and cheeses. Instead we receive stingy amounts. Domino pizzas is extremely over priced for what it is The discount they say they give is not plausible. Paying customers deserve better

Stuff very unhelpful every time I try to phone for a delivery order they always says that they don’t do delivery at my area and then when I go on the app it will let me order so how it’s possible that they never take my order on the phone?? Hope they will sort this issue asap

Ordered for delivery online, phoned after 40 minutes to ask where it was and was told there was an issue which caused a delay in getting orders out. Waited another 20 minutes and just gave up and asked for a refund. Probably would of been cold by the time it got here. Used to be really reliable and quick but has severely gone downhill in the last year.UPDATESo the food turned up 2 hours after the order was placed. Told the delivery person that we are not accepting it as we have already requested a refund. Ended up ordering from Pepinos around 20:00 and food arrived by 20:30.Says it all......

When I placed the order over the phone I was not asked for my name so had no idea when I walked I. To collect if my pizza had been ordered. I was also advised they don’t accept cash! Cash is legal tender and should still be accepted. When I got the pizza home it was as if someone had put their thumb through the pizza! If it wasn’t for the fact I live in a village they don’t deliver to, I would have taken the bloody pizza back! It’s not worth phoning as when I was there someone had phoned about having burnt pizza delivered the duty manager was very arrogant about their process, so knew it would fall on deaf ears. Won’t be using them again.

regularly buy but not anymore. They are unable to deliver to any timeframe we waited two hours, not the first time so late we cancelled as no longer wanted it. no customer service skills at all pityful and didnt seem to care at all. they had a number but didnt bother to ring last time using dominos. good luck if you order from here!!!!one star as you cant give lessVegetarian options: never arrived
