When I placed the order over the phone I was not asked for my name so had no idea when I walked I. To collect if my pizza had been ordered. I was also advised they don’t accept cash! Cash is legal tender and should still be accepted. When I got the pizza home it was as if someone had put their thumb through the pizza! We use them quite often, but last night was the worst we've ever had. The stuffed crust had ballooned I er the slices, and the toppings were very poor, with hardly any tomato base. And ordered one extra garlic dip, and BBQ, but no BBQ dip. £35 wasted, not impressed!

Customer service is great sometimes there can be issues with orders as they are very busy but if you contact them the team is great and will sort out any issues. Luke especially makes sure to sort out any problems with orders. I always order here and can vouch is a great store.
