Been many times to this harvester, as well as others around the Swansea area. Last visit was disappointing. Salad bar was poorly stocked for the duration of our visit, the salad itself and the sauces/toppings were lacking.We were also told AFTER we started ordering, that the rotisserie chicken dishes would be around a 45 minute wait. Considering it was a Sunday evening and not very busy, this was disappointing, both that we were not told in advance, and that there would be such a wait for the signature dish of Harvester.I feel like that his Harvester in particular is below the standard of others in the area.

Very poor experience. Before I had even got to the restaurant I had received 5 texts and 2 emails from the restaurant asking if I wanted to cancel my booking! One was at 11pm the night before, and another said that Swansea City were playing at home in case we wanted to cancel - they didn't even have a game that day! I told the guy on arrival - not interested and no apology. The waitress was friendly enough but all our food was luke warm at best. The restaurant looked like it could do with a bit of a refurbishment. Such a shame as we used to enjoy coming here as a family, but the whole place has gone down hill. We all agreed as a family that this will be our last visit to this restaurant.Parking: only decent thing was the convenient parking..

Couldn't fault anything, rotisserie chicken was cooked to perfection and I go there for the salad bowl alone.Michael our host was superb, he was so kind and gentle. He made our day!!!! Everyone had they food 10 minutes before me. Could not chew the stake I had. My wife's food was over cooked. There was also things missing.Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy to use a wheelchair ♿️
