Arrived there at 9.59pm after doing a care call for my ill father. Allowed me to get out of the car get ready to fill up then put the shutters down and announced on the tannoy sorry you can't fill up we are closed. Then went on to serve someone else in the shopVery poor but shouldn't be surprised by shell

Use shell for company vehicle, very friendly staff. Always smiling take time to ask how your day is. Very clean facilities. One of the best Shell I've used.

I pulled up to the garage, exited my car and within seconds the attendant shouted at me over the tannoy to get off of my phone call. I comply,When going to pay, the attendant purposefully took extra time to serve me. Did not say a word to me and simply just pointed at the card machine. When I asked him if he was having a bad day, he said I failed to get off my phone. He didn't say another word. Ontop of this, the prices are also way more expensive than anywhere else. If I could leave 0 stars I would. At least the pumps worked
One of the few stations left in this area. Decent fuel at reasonable prices.

Great staff and a good choice of things in the shop. Public toilet for use by customers too. Used to visit here a couple of times a week especially for the Costa coffee. However, and this is the reason I will no longer be using this particular site, I bought a meal deal and sat in the car park eating it. The parking attendant threw me off site. Said I had used my 10 minutes allowance and I would have to go and eat my food somewhere else. There were 3 cars in the car park with space for about 20. There was just no need.

Always friendly, cheeper than the local tesco half the time. And someone there will even put the petrol in the car for you so you dont have to stand outside in the freezing cold, what more could u ask for?
