The sort of place you want to tell everyone about, but don’t want anyone to know, so that you can still get a table. Superb restaurant that isn’t in any way pretentious. From the chefs’ welcome on arrival to the final mouthful, you can’t fault the service or the food. The ingredients are top quality, seasonal and the dishes imaginative. Wine pairing is an excellent option and then available from the local wine merchant. Can’t recommend enough. But don’t tell anyone....read full review

Amazing dining experience in South Wales!Been meaning to come here for years but after seeing this specific menu knew it was the time to go! Scallops, venison, pork, monkfish and chocolate what more could you want! Also did the wine pairing and lots of knowledge includedPerfectly filling and lovely will definitely go againLovely staff too!

For me, Slice is the best restaurant in this part of WalesThis was my third time at Slice and it was amazing as always. The tasting menu was incredible - the highlights were the cod with langoustines, barbequed beef and the chocolate marquise! The wine pairing and the service were excellent too - thank you so much! A small note: the dining room tends to get quite loud and it would really benefit from some acoustic panels.
