Wow wow.. we stumbled upon this diamond in the rough whilst on our way back from a hike up Pen y fam. We were starving with no reservation, walked in hoping they could serve us on a Saturday night. As i walked in, the first thing i noticed was the largest most awesome plate of dirty fries i have ever seen and instantly thought.. jesus.. what is this place?! First time visiting The Farmers Arms but absolutely won't be our last. From the friendly welcome to the food, everything was 5 star! The quality of the food, the cooking, the portion sizes,the presentation not to mention the very reasonable price it was all outstanding. Thank you to the very helpful happy staff! We'll definitely be back!

Food and service was fabulous.This was the first visit for us as a family and we will definitely be returning, the steak and ale pie was probably the best I have had at a restaurant.
