Food is permanently cold, staff are polite but overworked, sometimes there is only one member of staff working trying to do it all on their own, disgusting.... No sausage rolls at all today at a bakery, if you'd believe that. Place really needs sorting out, one of the worst in the country. If you want cold stale food go ahead but I'd avoid at all costs

I ordered click & collect and was pleasantly surprised when I got a call saying they didn't have all of my order but I could choose anything else to substitute my order. We chose what we needed which was more in value and served by a lovely young man who couldn't apologize enough. Well done. Great experience all round.

Crumbs! Where to start? Consistently good bacon rolls and pastries are nice.
Not that keen on most of Greggs baked goods, but I love their bacon and cheese wrap and the coffee is excellent. Very good value too.
Best bit is the amazing staff, always friendly welcoming and efficient. Never a big que for long.
