Usually I pop in for a cappuchino or mocha with a book about 8.30am. Staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is lovely but it does start to pick up by 9.30-10am. I absolutely love the decorations and the style inside since the redecoration (last year I think.) I have often gone in for dinner as well, highly recommend the strawberry lemonade, hot chocolate, brie and bacon panini, bacon sandwich and croissant. We’re are regulars and we can’t fault the staff or the coffee. The only fault are the windows. The sun blinds you which isn’t a big deal I guess but it is a nuisance. Blinds would be ideal

I like costa coffee as it is reasonably priced and they run a good reward scheme when you use your member card. Staff are polite and helpful and service is quick and efficient and the coffee is generally quite good.
