look. this is always a busy place with never enough staff to manage. so my experiences here are not based on them.it has drive through that should be suspended in busy periods in order to catch up in the cafe seated area. the last 3 trips I have had to clear a tables in order to sit down. on one occasion I had to ask for a wipe as the previous customers had left the table a mess. again not the staffs fault they are too busy to cope.if you want to wait for an hour in a queue to...read full review
Hello. We were in a cafe on February 4th. ordered 2 cappuccinos. They made us half a cup of drink. we were shocked. We were very sad. we are regular customers. Costa contacted us! and gave me two free drinks
