I went in here last Saturday night for the first time in ages. The place has been tidied up no end and there was a good crowd of decent people in. We had three pints and I went over and had a quick chat with Phil Rondel.Well done to the new licencee.
Great atmosphere, social distancing maintained . Insured track and trace forms completed. Love this pub . We called in before going for tea , and back again for a nightcap , gutted other half is working next day, could of easily ordered another black russian .

Incredibly kind and welcoming staff and a nice friendly atmosphere. They had TVs for sports and slot machines for games.I'd describe this as an "old man pub" which is what I love. Wooden beams on the ceiling and just a proper pub feeling. No food served other than bar snacks. The drinks were also very cheap (£5.70 for a single spirit and a pint of lager)
