Having a baker of this calibre in our little market town must be helping everyone’s house prices are for that alone I give them 5 stars ?. However in all seriousness this bakery is absolutely incredible, I just can’t fault anything they produce; I’m just in awe of the talent. If anything it puts me in a quandary between wanting them to expand their offering but at the same time wanting it to stay a local treasure. They also offer a delivery service which is a rarity in this area .

Brilliant. Had a great day on Nelson's pastry themed day. Nelson was very skilled and knowledgeable, demonstrating techniques and recipes to the small group and guiding us as we got hands on in making a range of pastry products. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will book on more courses.

Just had the best weekend at Nelsons on a 2 day Sourdough and Patisserie course .Nelson is an absolute pro , he complete knows his stuff and happy to help and share his knowledge. If you are just thinking about it then book straight away . We had so much fun, Its so informative , completely hands on and came home feeling pretty chuffed with myself. Came home with quite a haul to share with friends and family !For me it took some of the mystery out of using yeast and understanding how a starter works and I made some great new baking buddiesIt was worth every penny !

Passing by on a visit to Alcester today and popped in for the first time. Bought the sausage rolls. Always been disappointed by 'artisan' sausage rolls bought over the years, but, my God, these are unbelievable. The puff pastry is light, glazed and made with quality butter. The sausage filling is generous, great quality with a hint of nutmeg maybe. I know It's a sausage roll and some are reading this and thinking ummm... 'Pseuds Corner' but these really are that good. Will be visiting again soon, thanks Nelson.

Wow, what an amazing bakery. I am in heaven eating these baked delights. Today Nelson had done a vegan torte because I'd asked last week if he did anything vegan... oh my days it did not disappoint. Thank you and yum ! ?

Bought some Bakewell tart, cherry claufoitis and a raspberry and pistachio scruffin(atleast I think that's what it's called!) one of the best pastries I've ever tasted, anywhere. I don't live on Alcester but would drive there just for these.
