Sadly I really wanted to enjoy this pub but it fell short.... we came for dinner as it was a pub that popped up on Google as dog friendly and as we were visiting, took the chance.Bar staff were very friendly, and the decor is hip/cool, beer garden right on the river. So if it was just a drink, we probably would have enjoyed it more. But the food was a real letdown. Popped in for a late lunch and a beer after completing a 5 mile walk from Bidford along the river to Cleeve Prior, via Marlcliff.Drinks were sound and the fish and chips were gorgeous!! Service with a smile from everyone.Just needs a lick of paint in places, and the toilets sorting out.Still, excellent staff and fab food.
