Food is outlandish but lacks flavour, we had the bird and beast burger: KFCs chicken has more flavour and the steak patty is flat and dry. Considering the higher prices of Hickory's, very poor. My wife and mother did enjoy their bbq pulled pork meal.Drinks are fantastic, their own brewed pale ale is delicious and the milkshakes are packed with flavour.Desserts are far over the top than they should be. It's not ice cream, it's "frozen custard", you can't get a simple fudge cake, it's a fudge cake with 6 extra toppings for some odd reason. Almost as if they are adding things to try and justify the inflated pricing. We had a taster of the "frozen custard" (and was charged £1 for it!) and it tastes identically to the ice cream you would find in your local Iceland store.In my honest opinion, it seems like a place that's trying too hard with gimmicks in order to mask the poor food. They provide free water and popcorn, they have "smores" as a dessert option and the venue is beautiful with very loud American music.In short, it feels like a cover-up. An attempt to make it look like the pricing suits when, in reality, you are getting basic food you could find at the supermarket draped in extra gimmicks.Our bill also automatically had a 7.5% tip, which is quite rude to just assume we'd like to pay a tip.Jack our server was lovely, he went above and beyond to the make the celebrations feel special.

Celebrating a birthday and needed to take the dogs, so had a meal in the bar area as that is the dog-friendly area.The food and service were brilliant, had a slight issue which was sorted eventually.All in all a great place to go ??Kid-friendliness: Great outdoor play and the cinema is a nice touch.

We visited for Sunday brunch. We all had lovely meals, and the staff were lovely. The whole experience reminded me of the cracker barrel in Florida. For a Sunday lunchtime, it was a lot busier than i expected. Great atmosphere. I will be returning to have something from the main menu and the cocktails menu very soon!

The food the service abd the atmosphere was outstanding. However, price wise was high. It looks like the prices have risen by around 15-20%. This is a place to go for a special day not a regular thing. However, really great food and we all really enjoyed it.

Live local and have tried the bar area 3 or 4 times great atmosphere but slow to serve . I think two reasonsThe table service takes priority.When the bar seats are full you cannot get served surely playing cards at the bar cannot be service efficient
