We booked online for high tea which on the confirmation stated the price of set menu for 2 table was ours for 1.5 hours waiting half an hour for a hot drink then further 10 minutes for our food was only when we paid the price was double what the booking said ! Nowhere does it say price per person so do beware as £47 for 2 people is very steep for what you get !
We visited for a birthday lunch to celebrate my father’s birthday. What a joy! The food was superb with such fresh flavours. The menu was not overwhelmingly long (this is a good point for us!) and we all loved our choices. Our waiter was extremely courteous, helpful and had such warmth. We were so pleased we had chosen Whittles. Dad felt very well looked after and we all intend to return.
