Probably the worst pepes I've ever had. Food was undercooked massively. Fries were cold. The extra hot flavour was merely mild. Baring in mind I am comparing standards to other pepes branches I've been to in Birmingham and a few other cities. For a franchise, you'd think it would be consistent however far from it.Having ate here today, I can now see why it has such poor ratings online.Xl burger was very undercooked and white - no marinade on this and it was meant to be hot flavour....read full review

The food is always consistently well cooked and delicious, with a warm and friendly greeting every time. I can’t stop coming here since I first tried it recently. Highly recommend the fajita wrap.
