Just got my room key and im disappointed! The outside of the building is all scaffolding.Theres about 3 flights of stairs to the lobby. Its like a laybrinth to get to the lift... And again to the room.My room had no view. Just the roof of the rooms below but looking into other peoples rooms. Closed the curtains straight awayA pokey little TV with all the channels messed upLets hope the breakfast is ok.Shrewsbury is much much nicer than thisThere'd be photos of the outside and the stairs to the reception but its like the maze runner out there!

Cheap & cheerful, good breakfast, rooms clean & comfortable ?

Rooms were clean and the staff were lovely and accomodating - but the building smelled a bit damp and the room smelled even worse (think it was the drain...). It got waaay too hot in the night and the minimum temperature you can set the thermostat to is 19'c - even with the window open and the fan on full it was still too warm (and it's February!).Can't fault the staff for this, it's just what you get for your money. I'd still pay 50£ again for a night here if I had to - really close to the RSC and cheaper than most other places.

Again, a lovely stay with lovely staff. Very convenient location, two minutes walk to town and RSC.

Checking in was a nightmare, huge queue that moved really slowly with unapologetic and sarcastic staff. Who schedules a shift change for when the checkin desk opens? Many people (thankfully not us) didn't have a room ready for hours, which is insulting when the excuse is they didn't bother to hire enough staff. Price is pretty high for what it is, but I suppose you're paying for location.Rooms: Fine

Perfect location, good price, nice food, but rooms dated and tired. Heating / ventilation noisy in the middle of the night.

Clean, and tidy, what you expect from a Premier Inn! Some of the reviews on here I think are unwarranted. It's a Premier Inn. And we received the service and standard we expect from them. Welcoming staff. Cracking breakfast. Yes a little tired but it's was comfortable. Yes the corridors are up and down and unorthodox but it's quirky. We will definitely stay in this one again if we're in the Stratford area.

Very good service. Nice food and beer selection. Comfortable rooms with bath and shower, hot drinks and TV and radio.

For us the location was perfect, a one night stay after the NYE dinner dance at the crowne plaza. We discovered that there are actually 2 lifts and reception is not on the ground floor. If you have accessibility problems, there is a wheelchair lift from ground level up to reception and then a conventional lift up to the next 3 floors. Nothing wrong with the room, very quiet, no traffic noise and the lady on reception was very helpful even though there was a bit of a mix up with rooms.

One of the most bizarre premier's I've been to, the corridors are like a maze. Brilliant staff, comfy and spacious rooms and in a fab location. Probably not a good hotel for those with mobility issues though!

Huge room, good price, efficient service. No on-site parking (but this is typical of their town centre locations, they have drop-off Bays just across the road and there is reasonably priced long term parking nearby).

One of the best premier inns we've been to. Only negative for me was there no lounge area to just sit and chill. There is a bar but with formal seating. Would go back again.Rooms: Clean and tidy.Nearby activities: Stratford is a great place to visit for the attractionsWalkability: Easy access to the main town and camelFood & drinks: Breakfast is a normal premier inn. Evening meal say good

Premier Inn is our preferred group to stay in when travelling. This one needs a bit of TLC but everything as expected.

Perfect location for centre of Stratford, car parking isn't perfect as you need to pay and walk to the hotel where other premier inns have their own parking. There's many stairs to get to your room and navigating around can get abit confusing because of the layout of the hotel.

Can’t fault our experience here. Bed was very comfortable & the room was clean.Staff and breakfast both very nice. All you need from a stop over & we have already spoken about using premier In again for our next stay.
