For us the location was perfect, a one night stay after the NYE dinner dance at the crowne plaza. We discovered that there are actually 2 lifts and reception is not on the ground floor. If you have accessibility problems, there is a wheelchair lift from ground level up to reception and then a conventional lift up to the next 3 floors. One of the most bizarre premier's I've been to, the corridors are like a maze. Brilliant staff, comfy and spacious rooms and in a fab location. Probably not a good hotel for those with mobility issues though!

Huge room, good price, efficient service. No on-site parking (but this is typical of their town centre locations,they have drop-off Bays just across the road and there is reasonably priced long term parking nearby).
