Disorganised. Queue forming and half the staff (2 of four) making no effort to support their colleagues; lots of faffing and looking busy.Standard, expected Nero (coffee) Product received, eventually.

It was such a nice caffe with efficient and lovely service but now long queue and only 2 girls are working, one with very curly hair and men are walking around doing cleaning (behind the counter) while so many people are waiting! After 20 min and only 5 people front of me I received my coffee that taste awful not like Nero very bitter)

The woman ( wearing barrister of the year 2023) who served us couldn't be more rude.She was nice and polite to the customers before us then treated us like an inconvenience .While I'm typing this she has left the building. She is actually sitting out side with the customers she served.

Just stopped for coffee. It was fine. Good service. Good coffee. Clean toilets.

It took 5 whole minutes to make my drink. The same for the customers in front of me. I waited in line for 25 minutes for, admittedly, a perfectly okay coffee. The barista worked at the pace of a snail on crutches while the manager lazily restocked, singing to herself and smiling at the lengthening queue. Shameful.

Poor service by rude, impatient staff. Never experienced this at Nero before. Also refused to stamp loyalty card because I bought coffee through Meerkats. Never known this before.

We the public ought to hold food outlets accountable for their advertising & production of food. The Label read Mozzarella & Tomato with pesto & cheddar cheese. That's not what I got Expensive tiny section of cheese with LOTS of Pesto. Not acceptable no wonder the one in Northampton closed. Nero's fiddling while cheese disappears

I went to cafe Nero after a wedding. This was an odd experience first of all the sever made me a coffee with out asking the size. When I requested a large one she topped it up with fluid/ probably water. Coffee was horrible I was disappointed as I had requested the new beans for which they charging extra but over the coffee was really bad didn’t enjoy it at all. Poor taste worst coffee in the world.

Such a dirty place. I’ve visited first thing in the morning . Tables dirty, left on marks from cups. Coffe area not clean at all , floor is dirty. I wouldn’t return !
