staff and brews decent but tatty all round, desperately needs a refit and when the doors are open at both ends its freezing in winter, last time i was in i saw a draught freeze an old biddy solid, tragic. block off the push door at the side and put a heater in.
I think people are quite clicky about where they go for coffee and Nero, whenever possible is my choice of place. I find some of the other outlets (who shall remain nameless) coffee to be a tad weak which is not to be said for Neros. No extra shots needed unless you need to be wired for some reason lol!!!

Visited this coffee house, on a retail park, around 08:30, there were 2 staff members on and a queue 10 minutes long. Very slow service but the cortado, cappuccino and amercano were good. I also had a pain au raisin, which was nice and fresh, moist ???Another member of staff on and they may have had a chance to see some smiling faces... Tables needed a good wipe.All in all an ok visit
