Indian • “I spent three nights here. The Falcon at Hatton has a Chef who knows how to put the "oo" into food. I tried the Butter Curry Chicken. It is succulent breast pieces marinated with wonderful aromatic spices, creamy yogurt, roasted & served with buttery tomato & cashew nut sauce. I nearly passed out as the aromatics hit me when I turned the steamed basmati rice bowl onto my plate. Service is professional, polite and comes with a smile. Atmosphere is calm and relaxed. It's go it all. Try it and delight in it, I did and I'll be going back. Thank you all at the Falcon, especially the Chef with the "oo".”
