Clean, quieter than most wetherspoons I've been in. Usual great choice of beers and food at great prices.

Food quality was absolutely shocking ?.I had ordered the mixed grill , food came out and the meat looked under done and looked like lumps of grizzle.Very dissapointed and poor effort!

We, me and my wife, are late converts to Weatherspoons, but when we are travelling about, we always find a spoons if possible. Creatures of habit, and this one didn't disappoint. Well placed right in the town square in a grand old building. Everything else is the same standard.

On weekdays, my husband and I have breakfast here leisurely. The food was generous, the coffee was good, and the waiter (probably the manager) was very polite.
Had a lovely meal and Regan is doing amazing, brilliant fast service would totally recommend! ………..Will be back soon :)

Saturday evening youth club with disgusting toilets.

Visited at lunch time with friends and had our lunch. Also came back at night as bar was open until 1 am and the oldest member of our party who is 87 liked to stay out late enjoying himself while on a weekend break.

I drink here often and everyone complains about how cold the pub is. Locals and visitors are disgusted about how cold it gets. Not a very inviting pub!!!!!!!!!

We turned up at around 13.50. There was a shortage of staff, and tables that had been vacated were left with all the used plates and glasses.We sat at such a table for 10 minutes and didn't see any staff member clearing up.We cleared the table ourselves.We weren't having much success using the app, so I joined the queue to order at the bar. This member of staff did ask for some assistance, which I'm pleased to say arrived quite quickly.Our order arrived quite quickly and was of decent quality, was enjoyable, and was served on warm plates, which is important to me when serving hot food.Spacious pleasant place to relax and enjoy a meal.
